asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the provision in Section 41 of the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, which regards the lessee as owner of the land, if and so long as his lease has an unexpired term of more than fifty years, will be applied by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue to the case of leases which may hereafter be made for terms of more than fifty years?
