HC Deb 17 June 1912 vol 39 c1453W
Mr. LYNCH

asked whether, having regard to the possibility of developing the fishing industry round about Kilkee, the needs of the Corbally fishermen will be especially considered; and whether, in view of the fact that Hoobawns Bay affords the only safe refuge in rough weather within convenient distance of their homes, an adequate Grant will be made out of the Development Fund to complete, satisfactorily the little pier which has been in part constructed there?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Congested Districts Board will have further inquiries made at an early date with reference to the applications for improvement of landing facilities at Corbally and Hoobawns, county Clare.
