asked the Chief Secretary whether his attention has been called to an outrage committed in the neighbourhood of Lixnaw, county Kerry, on the 1st instant, in which a mare, the property of a man named Timothy O'Brien, was shot dead while proceeding with a load of lime along the public highway; and whether the constabulary have been successful in making any arrests?
