HC Deb 13 June 1912 vol 39 c1183W
Mr. JOYNSON-HICKS

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, having regard to the nearness of the 15th July and the uncertainty as to the medical benefits under the National Insurance Act, he can state to the House the present position of his negotiations with the medical profession?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

Negotiations are still proceeding with the representatives of the British Medical Association. I am not in a position to make any statement at present, but I hope to be able to do so shortly.
