asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department the number of prosecutions for the offence against the Factory Acts, known as "time-cribbing," in the Lancashire cotton mills in 1911, stating also separately the number of convictions and the amount of fines and costs imposed; and the same particulars for Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton, and Blackburn, respectively?
