Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that Mr. Dunphy, contractor for repairs to the buildings at Carlow Barracks, is employing a labourer to do carpenters' work there and is only paying him 12s. per week, the wages of the district being 28s. per week; and whether he will give instructions that this class of contractor must not be included in the list of contractors for War Office work?
