§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEWith regard to the first part of the question, the position of the Committee is precisely the same as the position of any other unofficial body would be. As regards the second part, I am not aware of the intentions of the Committee; it is for them to determine the manner in which they may best achieve their object.
