§ Mr. NEWMANasked the Chief Secretary if he will lay upon the Table of the House a copy of the correspondence that has passed between the Secretary of the Local Government Board in Ireland and the Tralee Rural District Council in reference to the labourers' cottages; and if he will lay upon the Table of the House a copy of the Report of the inspector of the Local Government Board as to the cottage scheme of the Tralee Rural District Council, in which 382 cottages were authorised, and for which a loan of £65,750 was obtained?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Report is a voluminous document extending to 180 pages, and I see no adequate reason for laying a copy of it, or of the correspondence between the Local Government Board and the rural district council, on the Table of the House.
