§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEI regret that a further delay has occurred in this matter, mainly owing to the pressure of other work upon the printers. I understand that they expect to complete the volumes in question in time for them to be issued before the end of next week. It is impossible at present to say when a further Report will be completed.
