§ Mr. MASTERMANI presume the hon. Member refers to the Memorandum which was sent by the Welsh Commission to the clergy in the four Welsh dioceses. The hon. Member will recognise that clergymen resident in England, but close to the border may, in some cases, be able to assist in the supply of information respecting the Act to insurable persons who are, or are likely to become residents in Wales.
