§ Mr. MASTERMANWith reference to regulations to be made under the National Insurance Act, I beg to refer the hon. Member to my answer to the hon. Member for Salisbury on the 19th February. If, however, the hon. Member refers to the model rules for guidance of approved societies, these rules have now been received from the printer, and will be issued as speedily as possible. The work of preparing explanatory leaflets is proceeding with all possible despatch.
