§ Mr. BENNETT-GOLDNEYasked the Under-Secretary for War whether as sailors, soldiers, and civil servants are all employed by the State for the general safety and welfare, he will take steps to issue the necessary regulations to recommend the number of years which unpensioned sailors and soldiers have served in the Regular Navy and Army to count for pension if they join any branch of the Civil Service after leaving the naval or military Service?
