Major HENDERSONasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he is now able to state the number of fully stamped cards of compulsorily insured persons received for the first quarter during which Part I. of the Insurance Act, 1911, has been in force for England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, respectively; and if he will further state what proportion the fully stamped cards bear to the estimated number of compulsorily insured persons?
