§ Mr. McKENNAI am unable to say at present whether it will be possible to introduce a Bill on this subject next Session, and I cannot in any case anticipate its provisions. The Bill framed by my predecessor was prepared with great care in consultation with the Commissioner of Police and representatives of the manufacturers.
