§ Captain NORTONVery little use was made of the office formerly situated at Newtown, Ebbw Vale, quite irrespective of those classes of business in which the question of the sufficiency or insufficiency of the stocks kept by the sub-postmistress might arise, and my right hon. Friend regrets that the re-opening of the office would not be warranted.
