§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Lord Chancellor informs me that his attention was called to the case of Mr. Eugene O'Sullivan on 27th January, 1911, and on the same day the matter was referred to the Law Officers of the Crown, who gave their opinion in regard to the case on 2nd February.
