§ Major ARCHER-SHEEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is aware that the Union Castle Line do not allow officers of their line to count the period of Naval Reserve training for seniority unless they have at least five years' service in the Union Castle Line; and whether he will make representations to this company, who have very large contracts with the Government, urging upon them the necessity for giving better facilities to their officers when they wish to qualify themselves for naval duties?
