§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENNMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. No offices have been bought for the National Insurance Commissioners in Edinburgh. The Commissioners are housed in two places, one in Princes Street, the other in Buckingham Terrace. The latter is in the residential part of the city.
