The 5th Brigade, which has just left camp, had sufficient horses, and the 7th Brigade has just taken over the horses from the 5th Brigade. The 8th Brigade has the correct number of horses. The 6th Brigade arrived in camp short of forty horses, but took over horses from the Wessex Brigade.
