§ Mr. BIRRELLThis estate is the subject of proceedings for sale direct by the owner to the tenants under the Irish Land Act, 1903. The owner has, however, offered to sell some untenanted land on the estate to the Estates Commissioners, who have the matter under consideration. They have no information as to the promise referred to in the second paragraph of the question.
