§ Mr. BURNSThe total number of certificates of successful vaccination received by vaccination officers during 1910 was 531,567. The proportion of such certificates to the births registered during the year 1910 is 59.3 per cent. The corresponding figures for 1911 are 491,260 and 55.7 per cent.
