§ Mr. McKENNAI am expecting to receive Sir Ernest Hatch's report in the course of the next few days. If, as I understand he hopes is the case, he has been successful in securing general acceptance of the rules on the basis of certain modifications agreed to by the representatives both of the employers and workers, it should be possible to bring the Regulations into force before the end of next month.
