Mr. ROBERTSONThe trade unions were invited to suggest names of representatives, and investigators were also sent to the various districts to obtain names of suitable representatives of workers, including home workers. All the names suggested were carefully considered by the Board of Trade, and every effort was made to secure that the workers' side should be really representative.
