§ Mr. LARDNERasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether the Treasury sanction has as yet been given for the proposed increase in the staff of the Land Registry of Ireland; and whether, in view of the urgency of the case, consequent on the amount of the arrears which has accumulated, he will take steps to see that this matter is dealt with as expeditiously as possible?
