§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe president of the Council is Mr. W. E. Archer, C.B., the Assistant Secretary in charge of the Fisheries Division of the Board. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative. The Reports, which have from time to time been presented to Parliament, a list of which I shall be glad to supply to the hon. Member, and the various publications of the Council, which can be consulted at the Offices of the Board, will furnish full information as to the present position, and the results of the investigation could not conveniently be given within the ordinary limits of an answer to a question.
