§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he has received a copy of a resloution adopted unanimously by the committee of management of Mullingar District Asylum, asking the law to be amended so as to allow the boarding-out of a certain class of patients in Ireland, as in England and Scotland; whether he will introduce a short Bill for this purpose in the present Session; and, if not, whether facilities will be afforded for such a Bill introduced by an unofficial Member?
