§ Mr. TOUCHEasked the Secretary to the Treasury (1) whether, in view of a recent decision of the Court of Appeal relating to Form IV., it is intended to return 1332W all the forms already sent in or to return such as may be applied for by the persons who have filled them up and sent them in; and (2) whether it is intended that the Inland Revenue authorities, or any Government Department, shall make use of the information supplied in copies of Form IV. already filled in and returned in connection with the scheme of land valuation in response to demands now held to have been illegal?
