§ Colonel SEELYAs regards the War Office and Admiralty, the information could be readily obtained. As regards the other Government Departments and the numerous private firms which are concerned in the supply of warlike stores, the information could only be obtained with considerable trouble. I do not think that the Return would be of sufficient public interest to justify the labour which it would involve.
