§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Section to which the hon. Member refers is a definition Section, and applications are not lodged under it. The Estates Commissioners are not in a position at present to say how many cases now pending before them, a very large number of which have not been reached in their order of priority to be dealt with, are governed by the Section.
