§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELIt is a fact that a considerable amount of overtime is being performed by the clerical staff of the Returned Letter Office. A reorganisation of the work and staff of the Returned Letter Office is now under consideration; and I hope to be able to arrive at a decision at no distant date.
