§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe staff at present employed in working the Post Office telephones at Dublin consists of one assistant supervisor and nineteen telephonists. The age limits for candidates for appointment as telephonists are sixteen to nineteen, with an extension under certain conditions in favour of candidates already in the service of the Post Office or the National Telephone Company.
