§ Mr. BEALEasked the Chancellor whether he will extend to licence-holders 845W generally the concession made last year to licence-holders paying £50 or upwards by giving them the option of paying their Licence Duty by two instalments, so as to extend the privilege in this year and in future to smaller traders to whom it is important to be able to earn some of the money before it is paid over?
