Mr. KINGasked the President of the Local Government Board whether, in order to help the House to decide on the issues raised by the St. Mary, Prestwich, and St. Mary, Radcliffe, Rectory Bills, now awaiting Second Reading, he could state the population in 1901, and at the 588W recent Census, of the parishes of Prestwich and Radcliffe, in the county of Lancashire?
§ Mr. BURNSIf the Committee on these Bills think it necessary for the due consideration of the Bills that they should have before them the populations of the two places mentioned, as ascertained by the recent Census, and apply to the Census Office for the figures in question, I have no doubt that arrangements can be made for supplying them.
