Mr. WILLIAM REDMONDasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he can state when the Return which was ordered with regard to tobacco cultivation in the Empire will be available?
Mr. HARCOURTNo doubt my hon. Friend will bear in mind that it takes a considerable time to communicate with many of the more distant colonies and pro-98W tectorates, and I fear many weeks must elapse before the return is complete.
