§ Mr. JOYCEasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether his attention had been called to an application made by Mr. Thomas Frahill, of Limerick, for the discharge of his son, Private John Frahill, of the Leinster Regiment, stationed at Devonport, on the ground that he is under age, and that this has been proved; and whether, as this boy's mother is in delicate health and he can get employment at home, the application made by his father for his discharge would be granted?
