§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe medical officer to the post office in Dublin is sixty-nine years of age, and has had thirty-one years' service. He will retire on 31st December next. The post is not one which comes within the scope of the Superannuation Acts, as its holder is not required to give his whole time to the public service.
