§ Mr. STEEL-MAITLANDasked the Home Secretary whether any steps had been taken with regard to the appointment of a committee to consider the question of the position and duties of certifying surgeons referred to in the recent Report of the departmental committee on Accidents in Factories and Workshops; if so, whether he can say what is the constitution of the committee and what are its terms of reference; and, if not, when it is proposed that such steps should be taken?
