§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI am unable to state without inquiry the number of hours overtime worked in any one week by postmen in Manchester; a revision of the postmen's force there is under consideration, and any additional staff warranted by the growth of work will be sanctioned as soon as possible. A provisional addition has already been made.
