§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have received an application from Mrs. Stewart for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by her on the estate of Lady Lisgar, county Cavan, and now in the occupation of another tenant, and have noted her name for consideration in the allotment of untenanted land which may be acquired by them.
