§ Mr. BURNSIn some few cases sanitary authorities have been empowered to provide facilities for vaccination by virtue of orders issued by the Local Government Board in pursuance of Section 130 and 134 of the Public Health Act, 1875. There is no provision in the general law otherwise enabling them so to act.
