§ Mr. DEVLINasked the Home Secretary whether, after the passage of the Parliament Bill, he would consider the advisability of introducing a Bill dealing with the hours of work of women and children in mills and factories, or whether he would be prepared to support such a Bill if introduced by a private Member?
