§ Mr. McKENNAA Committee is now inquiring into the organisation of the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors and certain cognate subjects, including the question of the prospects of the apprentices in the engineering department. The Committee768W has not yet presented its report, and, therefore, I am not in a position to answer the last part of the hon. Gentleman's question.
