§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELA saving is anticipated under A1, which, as the hon. Member will see on referring to the printed Estimates, covers Salaries, Wages, etc., (London) for the Secretary's Office, the Solicitor's Office, the Accountant General's Department, the Medical Department and the London Postal Service (excluding the Circulation Office); under C1, which covers the Salaries, Wages, etc., of the Provincial Establishment (England and Wales), that is, Postmasters, Sub-Postmasters, Supervising Officers, Sorting Clerks and Telegraphists, Telephonists, Postmen, etc., and under C3, the equivalent Vote for Scotland.
