§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Chief Secretary if he will state the rural districts in Ireland in which, to the end of 1910, parcels of land had been vested in trustees under the Land Acts of 1903 and 1909, stating in each case the name and area of the land, the number of families entitled to use it, and the purpose; and whether the trustees are members of the district council as such or other persons?
§ Mr. BIRRELLTable IX. appended to the Annual Report of the Estates Commissioners for the year ending 31st March, 1910, gives particulars of parcels of land vested in trustees under the Irish Land Act, 1903–9, during that year, and similar returns for each of the previous years in which parcels were vested in trustees are appended to the Annual Report for these years. The trustees are in some of these cases members of the district council as such, in others they are not.
