§ Mr. HALDANEThe Hon. Member is apparently alluding to the present visit of the Quartermaster-General and the Master-General of Ordnance to Egypt and to the Mediterranean to settle various questions in connection with the new barracks and buildings in progress and local defences. It is roughly estimated that their journey will in all cost about £350, chargeable to Vote 6.
