§ Mr. GINNELLasked, in view of the grievances of Irish national teachers in the matter of salaries and pensions as compared with the corresponding class in Great Britain, whether the Chancellor of the Exchequer proposes to make better provision for them in these two respects in the present Session; and whether the alleged difficulty of paying their salaries monthly has yet been overcome?
