Krupp's shipbuilding and gun-mounting works were being extended; whether the Cabinet was then informed of the fact; if not, why was the information withheld; what was the date at which the Cabinet was informed of the expansion; 698W and whether that expansion has been going on continuously since 1906 until, at any rate, the middle of last year?
