§ Mr. McKENNAI presume the hon. Member's question refers to the Committee appointed in 1908 to inquire into the question of the Writing Staff of the home dockyards. The principal recommendations of that Committee are still under consideration. In the meantime the Admiralty have decided to authorise certain minor changes as recommended by the Committee, and the necessary steps are now being taken.
