§ Mr. UREI would refer my hon. Friend706W to my reply to his former question of the 21st March. Since that date the Local Government Board have been informed that the parish council of Clyne have been in conference with the Duke of Sutherland's factor, with the result that a water diviner has made an inspection of the district at the Duke's expense.
