§ Colonel SEELYThe question of possible improvements in the training of officers of the Territorial Force has recently been under consideration by a Committee specially appointed for that purpose, and the report of this Committee will shortly be available for the consideration of the Army Council. There shall be no delay in dealing with the matter.
